The design starts with one simple visual idea: instead of placing a small animal graphic on ordinary winter gear, the entire hood becomes the animal.

Pointed ears extend the silhouette above the head. Oversized noses, muzzles, fur markings and facial features continue across the hood, creating one complete character.

The contrast between the human eye opening and the oversized animal face creates the playful illusion: human underneath, animal on the mountain.
